This will be the profile you use to play MP. Do not use your regular single-player profile. Use one profile for single player, one profile for multi player. Either use your new profile to play the single-player game normally until you've earned enough to buy your own truck, or use a money hack to give yourself life-changing amounts of cash.

Easiest way is to have everyone link their Profile to World of Trucks. Then everyone open the External Contracts list at the same time. Each person should have the same, or nearly the same, list of jobs; same cargo, origin and destination. And make sure you are all in the same town:)

Just don't use any profile which was created when those DLC were active. Creating a new profile with just the base game will work fine but as you already found out, trying to use your main profile causes errors due to the missing DLC. Having said that, you can still play MP with your friend(s) while you have map DLC that they do not.
